Bastide
Located on the heights near Apt and in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Luberon, this beautiful detached Bastide has 3 gites with a total of 325 m2 of living space, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on an estate of almost 7 hectares.
The beautiful authentic Provençal bastide is located at the foot of the Great Luberon just 1.5 km from the commercial centre of Apt, amid green nature and absolute tranquillity. It offers stunning views of the Rocsalière Valley rocks, the Vaucluse plateau, Mont Ventoux and the Luberon mountain range.
The property features a very large infinity pool (14 m x 7.5 m) with plenty of space and several terraces. It is therefore the ideal place to enjoy wonderful moments with family and/or friends.
The estate also includes a 3.5-hectare vineyard created in 2021, woodland on the slope over about 1.5 hectares , a large and a small cabanon.
Completely renovated in 2004 in local style, the bastide consists of 3 gites with central heating and equipped with every comfort:
In each cottage:

- TV ( large flat screen in Tilleul and Cypres )

We have deliberately chosen not to install air conditioning, because this authentic bastide with full 60 cm thick outer walls is perfectly suited to withstand the hot summers by keeping the shutters closed during the day and opening them in the evening for the fresh evening and night air.
A common buanderie, with washing machine, tumble dryer and an ICE BLOCKS - MACHINE , extremely useful with Pastis and all cooling drinks.
The Gîtes TILLEUL and VENTOUX are available separately for seasonal weekly rentals.
Gîte CYPRÈS is only available IF YOU ALSO RENT GITE TILLEUL - maximum 11 people. The Gîte Cyprès cannot be rented separately.
If you also rent Gîte VENTOUX, the entire domain is private, including the swimming pool.
In that case you will have :
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed,
- 2 rooms with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 persons
- 1 room with a double bed / bunk bed for 3 persons.
- a total of 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 living areas.
In case you rent the entire bastide, it is assumed that you will NOT mix up the furniture ( incl cutlery ) of the different Gîtes and continue to use each Gîte. An extra cost of 150 euros will be charged and deducted from the deposit, if the furniture has to be put back in place.
